Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase
within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear
statement — an email to
orders@anelastore.eu with your order number is
sufficient. You do not need to use a specific form, though you may use one if you
prefer.
Timelines

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Once you've notified us, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us.

We will reimburse all payments received from you,
including the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of
being informed of your decision. If we have not yet received the goods back or proof
that you have sent them by then, we may wait until whichever of those happens first
before reimbursing. Reimbursement is made using the same payment method you used,
unless otherwise agreed.
Costs and condition of returned goods

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless a defect, damage in transit,
or an error on our part is involved.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling
beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics — this is a
deduction from your refund, not grounds to refuse the return outright, and typically
does not apply to unopened/unused items.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or is faulty, we will — at no cost to you
either way — either send a replacement (covering any return shipping for the faulty
item) or fully refund you, including the original delivery cost.
