A short, honest answer: almost nothing without your say-so.
Your shopping cart and, if used, your favorited items are kept in your browser's local storage — not a cookie, and not visible to us at all. This exists only so the site remembers what you've added when you move between pages, and is never sent to our servers except when you actually complete an order.
If you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall site traffic and improve the store — page views, general location, and device/browser type. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't build cross-site profiles of you. If you decline, none of this is set, and nothing about how the site works for you changes.
The first time you visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
If we ever add anything beyond analytics — advertising or profiling cookies, for example — we will update this page first and extend the consent mechanism to cover it before any such cookie is set, not the other way around.
